A: While we cannot give you an exact ETA, because there are a lot of factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our best to transfer your site within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (in case the content is not very large).

A: We do not require any private details. We will need, though, the login info for your present web hosting account as well as the name of the site that you’d like to migrate.

A: Nah. Your website will remain reachable online during the migration. As soon as everything is done on our end, we will tell you so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything is OK, all you will need to do is edit your domain’s DNS resource records.

A: No. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything at all. They won’t be aware of the website migration either.

A: We can migrate your site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–driven hosting platform so long as we can receive access to the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only websites that we are unable to transfer are the ones based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
